Dr DH Conradie Dentist makes invoices immediately available, and offer the following payment options for settling your account:

Important notice about how fees work

The patient is responsible for accounts settlements, including any portions of the fee that are not covered by the patient’s medical aid scheme.

It is important to note that the treatments we recommend prioritise what’s best for your dental health, and not to cater to the specific coverage of your medical aid plan.

Once a treatment plan and a cost estimate has been presented, the patient is required to sign and accept the plan and quote before the treatment can proceed.

If a change in the treatment plan is needed, the patient will first be presented with all the costs and details before the updated treatment proceeds.

You have the full right to decline our recommended plan for treatment at your own risk, including risks that come as a result of delays.

Patients are encouraged to fully review the account provided upon t he completion of services, to ensure a full understanding of the treatment and relevant procedures.

Medical Schemes

What you need to know about your cover

All medical aid plans come with different limits and conditions, as well as benefits. Patients are encouraged to have a firm understanding of their specific coverage plan.

Medical coverage is a contractual agreement between the patient and their medical aid provider. If the medical aid plan does not cover the account for any reason, the patient is responsible for the settlement of the account.

We adhere to South African Dental Association rates. Our fees are not required to meet benefits or rates recommended by your medical aid.
